Our coaches are passionate about CrossFit AND helping our members improve. With our members depending on us for results, we strive to be the best coaching staff we can be.
Fitness
We cater for every fitness level, age, shape and size. Our workouts and our programming are scaled to meet every level. We aim at elite fitness in all 10 of the physical skills. We don’t want you to just be strong and have stamina, but also power, speed, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance & accuracy. You are certain to get into the best shape of your life.

Started 1 year ago. My partner dragged me to a class and I became addicted to it!

My first wod was a Saturday partner wod and we had to do burpees over our partner was pretty fun.
What impact has CrossFit had on your life??
Crossfit has made me more sociable, fitter, and happier day to day 🙂
What is your favourite movement??
Fave movement is.. power cleans and double Unders..

Yes I know, this can be some very direct and confronting questions to be asked, but IT IS something we have to ask ourselves and it all comes down to priorities.

Yes work is super important, and a necessity to be able to support and pay bills, but what happens when you get sick and in so much pain that you can’t work at all??

And of course family is super important and we want to spend as much time with them as possible, but what happens when you get too overweight and exhausted to play with your kids, or when you get diabetes or a stroke and your loved ones have to worry about your health??

We know its a cliche, but there is a reason why you have to put on the oxygen mask before you kids when on an aeroplane. You can’t be anything for others if you are not taking care of yourself first.

Exercise, healthy eating, good habits, better sleep, everything that you already know.
It’s a matter of getting started and sticking with it. We are here to support and help you on this amazing but requiring journey😊💪

Ran the bailey centre great ocean marathon (actually it is a ultra marathon). 45km from Red Rock to Coffs Jetty😱😱 The run was mainly on the beaches, but also included 10 headland passings (some almost became a rockclimbing adventure🤣🤣) and a few river crossings👍💪
It was a stunning run, but definitely challenging and we will see some extra soar athletes the next couple of days😁
Well done guys, you all did amazing and we are proud of you👍💪 Now have a beer 🍺 or two 🍻

CROSSFIT YOUNG TEENS🤘🤘
Start date: Monday the 12/10
Our current teens group is now all grown up (and I’m sure that you’d all agree what a talented, friendly and well mannered group they have become) and we’d love to build a whole new group of young keen fire breathing athletes💪💪
We are going to put together a specific program aimed at 12ish to 15ish yr olds. (If This seems interesting, but you are slightly outside this age group please take contact and we can organise a trial session😊
This program will run Monday nights 7:15-8:15 and run for the entire term. If this pick up lots of interest we will look at extending to Wednesday nights as well.
As per the usual CrossFit class, the hour will be split into warmup, strength/skill development and finish off with a WOD (workout), where sweating is guaranteed💪💪
Group size is limited to 20 (covid rules).
Cost per child is $100 for the term, and $80 for any additional children.
This program will not only just benefit your teen from a CrossFit and healthy life perspective but it will also add benefit from an off-season perspective for lots of other sports (rugby league, afl, netball, oz tag etc).
