Expertise in coaching is our promise to you. Our coaches are continually looking to improve their teaching skills and become more well-rounded. Our coaches are passionate about CrossFit AND helping our members improve. With our members depending on us for results, we strive to be the best coaching staff we can be.

Fitness

We cater for every fitness level, age, shape and size. Our workouts and our programming are scaled to meet every level. We aim at elite fitness in all 10 of the physical skills. We don’t want you to just be strong and have stamina, but also power, speed, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance & accuracy. You are certain to get into the best shape of your life.

THE AFTERMATH- there is nothing quite like the feeling of exhaustion, pride and accomplishment after you get through a tough WOD. What do you do to then help improve your recovery so you can get the maximum ongoing benefits possible from your time in the gym? A few of our favourites include; 💪🏽 taking some time to warm down, stretch the muscles that were worked out and consciously regulating the breathing by practicing deep, full inhales intro the belly and chest followed by long and full extended exhales. This not only helps transport oxygen to the muscles, but it helps us expel extra carbon dioxide out of the body (which contributes to lactic acid build up and muscle soreness) it holds the extra added benefit of helping swing us back into the parasympathetic nervous system, that is responsible for rest, digestion, and recovery. 💪🏽rehydrate- making a conscious effort to drink plenty of water to replenish water stores and hydration in the body is imperative. Sometimes an electrolyte drink will also help replace salts and minerals we just sweat out.💪🏽Jump on the foam roller a few hours later to help massage, and flush blood into those tight areas 💪🏽 Magnesium & creatine can help relax the muscles and recycle used energy back into available energy. 💪🏽Healthy and balanced meals that contain protein, good fats, and carbs. This will help with muscle growth and recovery, fat loss, nutrition, energy levels, toxin elimination and so much more. What else do you do to help aid your recovery? For just $40 you can get an unlimited membership valid at both our Woolgoolga and Coffs Harbour Branch (opening 1st October) That gives you over 60 CrossFit classes to choose from. Over 30 hours of open gym time available to you. Four yin yoga classes and Six Pilates classes to attend per week. For those that work (or live) in Coffs or Woolgoolga, our second location gives you a massive added benefit of convenience, and choice - we want to make it easier for you to get to the gym. Gone are the days of missing a class as you couldn’t make it back from Coffs in time. We are making fitness even more convenient and manageable so there really are no excuses.... you’re welcome🙏🏼If you work out 5 days a week. That works out as just $8 per class. Step it up and piggy back three of those classes with either a yin or Pilates class and now It’s just $5 a class. Which is ridiculously cheap. Especially when you consider the incredible caliber of expertise of our trainers. When people complain that $40 is just “too expensive”🧐 we’re baffled. We are on an absolute high. It’s so great to be out of lock down, back open and to see all of our awesome members enjoying each other’s company and going hard in their workouts.
